SPIN: Jurnal Kimia & Pendidikan Kimia is a Chemistry and Chemistry education journal published by Program studi Tadris Kimia, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Mataram. SPIN is published twice a year (every June and December) as scientific communication means of academic people in the study of Chemistry and Chemistry education. Editorial board receives the articles from the educators, observers, researchers on chemistry and chemistry education to be published after having tight selection, peer review, and serious editing. p-ISSN 2580-2623e-ISSN:2745-6854.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text in the article is already follow author guidelines for SPIN: Jurnal Kimia & Pendidikan Kimia; and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The author needs to pay attention to the various provisions and criteria imposed by the SPIN Journal:
Author should ensure that the article which is going to be submitted is suitable with the focus & scope of SPIN Journal
The article to be sent is never been published and is not in the process of being published in a seminar or other journal.
Articles submitted are in accordance to the SPIN Journal style (please use the provided template)
Every author's name listed in the article has been written correctly, with an affiliate and correspondence e-mail address.
When submitting articles, author should sent it through the SPIN journal page, means that he has agreed to transfer copyright rights to UIN Mataram.
Articles are written using good and right Indonesian or English language and writing errors risk can be reduced by some tools such as gramarly (for English) and typoonline (for Indonesian).
Articles consist minimum 3000 words and not exceed than 6000 words.
Articles do not contain bullets and numbering
The author does not add chapters beyond those specified in the template.
Citation, the author is not justified in doing citation by copying from other publications that have not been read from the original source. For example Axxxx in Bxxxx
References used is at least 15, with 60% minimmum of primary sources, it is strongly recommended to use the last 10 years.
SPIN will use Turnitin's originality-checking software as our tool to detect text similarities in articles. We tolerate 30% similarity by excluding bibliography and small matches (less than 8 words) when running similarity checking
To make articles easier to prepare, use the template provided by SPIN Journal.

Ensure that the e-mail used for active correspondence is regularly accessed (preferably connected to a smartphone)
Include mobile phone number that can be contacted when registering an account, this will be used for urgent correspondence purposes or to confirm the status of articles that have been too long
we only published Letter of Acceptance for articles that had been through review and correspondence process. If you need submission proof (acknowledgement) you may use submission acknowledgment from the email of our journal.
