Al-AFAQ: Journal of Ilmu Falak and Astronomy is committed to the long-term preservation of its published content. To ensure the availability and integrity of all articles over time, this journal utilizes reliable digital archiving systems, including LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe), CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS), and the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). These systems work by creating a decentralized and distributed archive among participating libraries, allowing for permanent storage, preservation, and recovery of content, even in cases of system failure or journal discontinuation.
