Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of female gender dominance on classroom learning dynamics by highlighting aspects of participation, interaction, classroom atmosphere, and academic outcomes. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that female-dominated classes tend to have higher levels of discipline, structured communication patterns, and strong collaboration. However, this dominance also results in decreased male student participation and limited diversity of perspectives in classroom discussions. This study confirms that gender composition has a major influence on classroom dynamics and emphasizes the need for inclusive learning strategies to provide all students with equal opportunities to participate and develop
