Pengaruh Faktor Bebas Biaya Administrasi, Limit Frekuensi Transaksi, Dan Kemudahan Transaksi Terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan Aplikasi Flip (Studi Pada Gen Z Kota Mataram)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of free administration fees, transaction frequency limits, and transaction convenience on the decision to use the Flip application among Generation Z in Mataram City. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. A total of 100 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula with purposive sampling. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that free administration fees, transaction frequency limits, and transaction convenience have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Flip, both partially and simultaneously. The transaction frequency limit variable has the most dominant influence. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.889 indicates that 88.9% of the variance in usage decisions is explained by these three variables. The limitation of this study lies in its focus on Generation Z in Mataram City only. This research contributes theoretically to consumer behavior studies in fintech and provides practical implications for Flip developers to improve service quality.
