The APC applies only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and is formally accepted for publication. The APC covers costs associated with editorial workflow, peer-review management, copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, and open-access hosting—ensuring your work remains freely accessible to readers worldwide.
