A. General Guidelines for Authors
Please read the following submission guidelines carefully:

The Editorial Board of ENTRIES: Journal of Entrepreneurship Studies invites submissions of original research articles that have not been previously published and make a significant contribution to the fields of entrepreneurship, business, economics, or related disciplines. Manuscripts must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission. All manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically accurate English and follow the journal's established formatting and citation standards. Articles are expected to demonstrate scientific rigour, offer new findings or innovative perspectives, and be free from plagiarism or academic misconduct. Each submitted manuscript will undergo a similarity check before entering the peer review process.

  1. Articles must be written in English and use the latest template.
  2. Manuscript Length : The manuscript length must be between 4,000 and 12,000 words, including tables, figures, references, and appendices (if any).

C. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript structure begins with a concise yet informative title, written in all capital letters, bold, Cambria 14 pt, and not exceeding 25 words. The title must accurately reflect the content of the manuscript and avoid the use of abbreviations or technical terms that are not widely known. The full names of all authors are listed without academic titles, accompanied by complete institutional affiliations (department name, institution, city, and country). The corresponding author is marked with an asterisk (*) and includes an active email address for communication purposes.

Abstract: The abstract must be written in English and presented in a single paragraph of no more than 150 words. The abstract should concisely convey the research objectives, methods used, main findings, and the value or novelty of the research. The abstract should not include citations or abbreviations that have not been explained. Below the abstract, list a maximum of five relevant keywords, arranged alphabetically, separated by semicolons (;), and describing the core topic of the research.

Introduction: The introduction should provide the context of the research by explaining the background, problem formulation, and the urgency and objectives of the research. This section should also highlight the research's contribution to existing knowledge and, if relevant, provide a brief overview of the methods used. Use in-text citations according to APA Style 7th Edition, e.g., (Rido, 2023) or (Wibawa et al., 2024).

Literature Review: The literature review contains a comprehensive description of relevant theories and previous research. This section builds a conceptual framework, identifies research gaps, and, in quantitative studies, lists the research hypotheses in italics. Meanwhile, qualitative research needs to include a conceptual model or mind map that describes the scope of the research.

Methods: The methods section provides a detailed explanation of the research design, population and sampling methods, data collection procedures, and instruments used. Clearly describe the measurement methods and analysis techniques so that other researchers can replicate this study. For convenience, the methods section can be divided into subsections such as Sampling, Data Collection, and Measures (or Measurement).

Results: Results are presented in a sequential and logical manner without interpretation, and may be supplemented with tables and figures to summarise key data. All tables and figures are numbered sequentially, have clear titles or captions, and are referenced in the text. The discussion section then interprets the research results, relates them to the research questions, and places them in the context of the existing literature. The discussion should outline theoretical and practical implications and avoid repeating data from the results section.

Conclusion: The conclusion summarises the main findings relevant to the research objectives. This section highlights the research contributions, acknowledges limitations, and provides suggestions for further research. The reference list must be formatted according to APA Style 7th Edition, with at least 80% of sources from primary literature such as journal articles published within the last ten years.

Tables must be titled at the top and include the source (if applicable) at the bottom. Figures must be captioned at the bottom and have high resolution. All visual elements must be referenced in the text.

Manuscript submission is done exclusively through the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Authors must register before submitting manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.docx) format. Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines will be returned for revision before entering the review process.

Ethical integrity is highly valued. Authors are fully responsible for the originality of their work, free from fabrication or falsification, and must give proper acknowledgement to the contributions of others. Research involving human subjects must be accompanied by an ethical approval statement and confirmation of participant consent (informed consent). Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the time of manuscript submission.

All correspondence regarding manuscript submission should be addressed to the Editorial Board of ENTRIES: Journal of Entrepreneurship Studies, Entrepreneurship Programme, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State Islamic University of Mataram, Jl.
