Peer Review Process

After an article passes the plagiarism check, each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers (double-blind) who are in the relevant scientific field. The decision on whether an article is accepted or not will be discussed with the editorial board. Plagiarism checks are conducted using Turnitin.

Starting in December 2025, the review process at Istinbath involves authors, editors, section editors, and reviewers. In the review process, ENTRIES applies a Double-Blind Review and Double Peer Review model to maintain confidentiality. Each submitted manuscript will first be reviewed by the editor. If the article aligns with ENTRIES' focus, scope, and writing guidelines, the document will be forwarded to reviewers to assess the content and originality of the manuscript. If not, the manuscript will be returned to the author. Each document will be reviewed by at least 2 reviewers over a period of approximately 3-4 weeks, using the manuscript evaluation criteria outlined in the Article Evaluation Form for Reviewers. Submitted articles typically take an average of approximately 8 weeks to be published.
