Peningkatan kapasitas pembelajaran santri melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial di Pondok Pesantren An-Nihayah Kabupaten Karawang

[Bahasa]: Pondok Pesantren An-Nihayah Kabupaten Karawang menghadapi permasalahan berupa masih minimnya pemanfaatan media sosial yang dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran. Oleh karenanya diperlukan upaya peningkatan kapasitas pembelajaran santri melalui program kemitraan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pembelajaran bagi santri di pondok pesantren An-Nihayah. Partisipan program pengabdian ini adalah 30 santri pondok Pesantren An-Nihayah, Sukamekar, Rawamerta, Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program ini terdiri dari tahapan yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Materi pelatihan meliputi materi teknis pembuatan podcast sebagai bahan konten media sosial, materi terkait optimalisasi media sosial, dan materi terkait pengelolaan media sosial. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengetahuan jenis media sosial sebesar 17% dan kemampuan teknis mengelola media sosial sebesar 84%. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut dinilai baik oleh partisipan. Respon partisipan terhadap kemampuan pemateri dan kesesuaian materi adalah baik (100%) dan respon terhadap proses pelaksanaan program pengabdian adalah baik (97%).

[English]: An-Nihayah Islamic Boarding School in Karawang Regency faced the problem of the lack of utilization of social media to support the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the learning capacity of santri through community service programs. This community service program aimed to improve the understanding of the use of social media in learning for students at the An-Nihayah Islamic boarding school. The participants were 30 students of An-Nihayah Islamic Boarding School, Sukamekar, Rawamerta, Karawang Regency. The method used in this program has several stages: planning, training implementation, and evaluation. The training materials consist of technical material for making podcasts as social media content, optimizing social media, and managing social media. The results show an increase in understanding of knowledge of types of social media by 17% and technical ability to manage social media by 84%. Overall, this community service program was rated well by the participants. The participant’s response to the speaker's ability and the material's suitability was good (100%), and the response to the process of implementing the service program was good (97%).
