[English]: Toddlers belong to the age group vulnerable to contracting Covid-19, which tends to experience certain disease conditions due to an immature immune system. Toddlers Covid-19 cases in Indonesia have increased with the addition of the number of deaths in toddlers. The data collection and situation analysis results in PMB Rima Rachmawati Kediri City showed an increase in sick toddlers in the 2-4 year age group during the Covid-19 pandemic. The reason was that their mothers provided snacks bought outside the home during the restricted physical activity of toddlers. On the other hand, there is still a need for knowledge among mothers of toddlers about nutrition made from nature as an immune booster and they need to be maximizing herbal gardens around the settlement as a basic ingredient for food processing for toddlers. Based on these problems, the Timun Emas program was formed during the Covid-19 pandemic to provide education and training on nutritional concepts and use Empon-Empon as a healthy snack to increase toddler immunity in the group of mothers who have toddlers aged 2-4 years. The method used in this community service program was socialization, education, and training which includes planning, preparation, and implementation (socialization, online education through WAG with video media and e-booklets, online training through WAG with e-booklet media and offline activities with demonstration methods), and evaluation (knowledge with pretest and post-test and skills with checklist). The results show that this program can increase the knowledge and skills of groups of mothers who have toddlers aged 2-4 years regarding nutrition and the use of empon-empon as a healthy snack in boosting toddler immunity. Thus the Timun Emas Program can be used as an alternative to help toddler health improvement during the Covid pandemic -19.
