Duties of Reviewers
Contribution to Editorial Decisions

Promptness
Any referee who feels unqualified to review the research reported in a manuscript or knows that a prompt review will be impossible should notify the editor and withdraw from the review process.

Confidentiality
Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents and should not be shared or discussed with others unless authorized by the editor.

Standards of Objectivity
Reviews should be conducted objectively, with clear, reasoned arguments supporting reviewers' views. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.

Acknowledgment of Sources
